We offer a wide range of shipping options owing to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Prior to shipping the goods are carefully inspected and secured. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers every day across different countries. Our commitment to become the biggest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a distinct processing time for each item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and still in the same condition as when you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
